| "The Moving Wall" August 28 through September 1, 2008, the Village of Hecker, Illinois brought the Vietnam Memorial - Moving Wall to their small community. Our club has escorted and provided 24 hour guard duty for several Moving Walls. The organization, well prepared location, speakers, and local citizen support marks this event as the BEST we have participated in. Thank you Hecker, for an outstanding job. |

| Veterans Day Fisher House Donation - Jefferson Baracks VA Hospital KIA / MIA Memorial Dedication The Fisher House Program supports America's military in their time of need. In recognition of the special sacrificies of severely wounded or ill service members and their families, the Fisher House Foundation donates "comfort homes" so that America's military familes can be together during extended treatment for serious illness or lengthy physical and/or occupational therapy at Veterans Hospitals. |
